\tCurrently we are looking for a\u00a0Junior Systems Analyst -Supply Chain\u00a0in Cape Town, South Africa\u00a0to be part of our global team working together towards our vision \u2013\u00a0Improving our future.
\n\tAs our\u00a0Junior System Analyst you will be responsible for maintaining the systems and related processes used in Supply Chain and provide user support within the department.
\n\tThese systems include but are not limited to: D365 VMS-related functions, DeepStream (RFx platform), counterparty onboarding system, in-house Supply Chain procurement package planning solution and dashboard reports.
\n\tTo support best practices in business systems and data management to contribute towards realising the full potential of digitalisation projects the Supply Chain Management function.<\/p>\n
Main Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tAssist the Supply Chain Data Analyst with use case projects relating to the Supply Chain Digitalisation Roadmap
\n\tProvide systems\/applications (Excel\/DeepStream\/VMS) support for end users when required and applicable
\n\tProvide support in the configuration and maintenance of templates in DeepStream
\n\tIdentifying potential improvements in current systems\/applications by utilising a business systems analysis approach
\n\tAssist with assessment and reviews of data and records for Supply Chain to ensure stability and improve data quality
\n\tAssist with accurate requirements elicitation, documentation, and analysis for supply chain systems\/applications to ensure solutions meet correct specification
\n\tAssist in UAT (user acceptance testing) and training during implementations
\n\tEngage with stakeholders to capture and document system\/application requirements, ensuring alignment with other departments\/Business Units.
\n\tMaintain of datasets used for Power BI reports in Supply Chain
\n\tPerform basic data cleaning\/transformation to assist with more centralised, usable data for Supply Chain system analytics
\n\tSupport the creation, maintenance and UAT (user acceptance testing) of miscellaneous solutions\/tools for the automation of manual tasks according to gathered requirements
\n\tActively partake in Scatec\u2019s Digital Transformation initiatives acting as a change agent and digital ambassador for Supply Chain Management
\n\tProvide support stakeholders impacted by the change induced by the projects<\/p>\n
Qualifications And Competencies<\/p>\n
\tEducation:\u00a0University degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business or Data Management
\n\tExperience:\u00a0Minimum of 1 year experience in Supply Chain Systems or similar environment
\n\tPrevious experience in the Renewable Energy sector within Supply Chain will be advantageous
\n\tPrevious experience on Digitalisation and\/or Systems\/Data focused Projects will be advantageous
\n\tDemonstrate good coordination skills, ability to convey information clearly and effectively
\n\tMust be able to foster cooperative & positive working environment during periods of change
\n\tMust be proficient in Power BI<\/p>\n
