\n\tAt least ten years\u2019 experience in a city sustainability environment, of which at least five years must be at senior management level\u00a0
\n\tGood knowledge and understanding of relevant policy and legislation
\n\tAdvanced understanding of institutional governance systems and performance management
\n\tAdvanced understanding of Council operations and delegation of powers
\n\tGood governance skills
\n\tUnderstanding of the establishment and functionality of risk management

\n\tAbility to make high-risk decisions of a long-term and strategic nature
