\tDevelopment of pricing, persistency and value of new business models based on data analysis and insights together with profitability calculations, where models are used to design and implement bespoke business proposals for large new deals that are competitive in the market, attractive to external stakeholders and are financially viable, while building sound relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and pro-actively seeking ways to add value.
\n\tEnsure all negotiations are applied correctly on house, broker and contract level.<\/p>\n
Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tActuarial, Finance, Statistical or related qualifications
\n\tKnowledge of the Asset Management, Collective Investments, LISP and Insurance savings industries
\n\tMinimum 3 years\u2019 Experience in the Savings and Investments industry<\/p>\n
Duties & Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tManage any repricing or new business pricing projects across local and offshore platforms
\n\tProvide technical fee support to internal and external stakeholders
\n\tApprove\/decline special requests such as below minimum investments keeping track of and monitoring the impact on the overall financial objectives.
\n\tReprice the books of large financial advisers to achieve and balance competitive pricing with profitability
\n\tBe proactive in creating engagement opportunities and pipeline business opportunities with the retail market through our distribution channels.
\n\tSupport the adviser market and internal distribution teams with special quotations
\n\tProvide the Deal Forum with technical fee analysis and profitability calculations on special deals
\n\tPrepare business proposals for large new deals
\n\tAssist with data analysis, interpretation and management reporting
\n\tApply technical knowledge of the LISP to support with internal and external stakeholder enquiries
\n\tDeliver on service level agreements made with clients and internal and external stakeholders to ensure that client expectations are managed
\n\tAct as a thought partner to management, providing strategic and tactical insights, and recommendations for improvements
\n\tOther ad-hoc projects as agreed on with line manager
\n\tKeep abreast of emerging technology and digital trends that can lead to operational efficiencies
\n\tShow care upon every client touchpoint to deliver an exceptional experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
