\tThe Associate Logistics and Supply Chain Administrator is an entry level role within the Logistics and Supply Chain family, responsible for assisting with the organizations\u2019 supply chain solutions and its optimization, processes, and use of resources.\u00a0
\n\tThe primary objective of this role is to support the achievement of cost benefits, delivery reliability and customer satisfaction through the best possible administration of solutions (flow of material, value, information).
\n\tThis role actively supports the execution of the logistics and supply chain strategy that defines the connection and combination of activities and functions throughout the value chain including B2B integration.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tProvides support with availability of the necessary processes and systems to enable the buying team to execute the everyday activities.
\n\tAssists the flow of materials, products, services and information.
\n\tMay interact with vendors and clients and intervene when queries from these stakeholders are escalated.
\n\tRemains involved with the buying process by participating in the delivery of components of the process including the final resolution of problems and queries.
\n\tProactively implements the necessary processes to ensure continuous client satisfaction.
\n\tMay be involved in the pre-sales processes and\/or successes to ensure growth within the assigned portfolio.
\n\tWorks closely with internal stakeholders to assist with the creation of the best solution design for the client and develop procedures and systems for commercial supply chain projects ensuring commercial readiness.
\n\tAssists with any other relevant task as requested by management.<\/p>\n
Knowledge and Attributes:<\/p>\n
\tDisplay attention to detail and the ability to manage work processes.
\n\tPossess knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures.
\n\tGood client service orientation and good relationship building skills.
\n\tDisplay an analytical orientation and ability to identify mechanisms for improved service delivery.
\n\tGood verbal and written communication skills.
\n\tPossess an understanding of the client\u2019s business needs and the associated company delivery model.<\/p>\n
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:<\/p>\n
\tInformation Technology certification or a related field.
\n\tRelevant Supply Chain and Logistics experience.
\n\tShould be able to manage logistics admin and physical aspects of the job.
\n\tStrong background in Active Directory.
\n\tITIL foundation
\n\tStrong Excel knowledge and experience.<\/p>\n
Required experience:<\/p>\n
\tEntry level experience relevant to the field within a large scale (preferably multi- national) technology services environment.
\n\t3-5 years of worked experince in the same or similar role
\n\tEntry level experience in service delivery within a supply chain environment.<\/p>\n
