The Diabetes Business Consultant will drive growth and reach sales targets within the diabetes care division by successfully supporting the diabetes sales team. Will be required to implement processes and tactics that help drive the strategic sales plan, that expands the company\u2019s customer base and ensures its continued market growth.

Business Development<\/p>\n
\tApply a commercially sustainable mind-set to ensure that all activities and services are delivering added value and simulating economic growth
\n\tDevelop a sound understanding of the environment\u00a0
\n\tContribute towards marketing campaigns\/ launches by providing relevant input
\n\tInvestigate new development opportunities in order to grow the business
\n\tMeet customer retention targets\u00a0

Customer Care<\/p>\n
\tManage customer relationships actively and directly to ensure an in-depth understanding of customer needs
\n\tEnsure that communication lines and plans are designed to address the specific needs of customers
\n\tDrive appropriate service delivery, taking service challenges and policies into account
\n\tActively monitor and measure results and product quality against identified objectives while consistently striving to exceed expectations
\n\tFacilitate the entire sales transaction with clients
\n\tDelegate client queries to the CTS team.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Sales Administration<\/p>\n
\tEnsure reporting of all clientele, projects and retainers are in place and communicated to the sales assistant
\n\tEnsure all information provided to the sales assistant is accurate
\n\tEnsure sales administration adheres to company policies and procedures\u00a0<\/p>\n

Experience<\/p>\n

\n\tComputer literacy with regard to the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MDA computer software
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
