Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Relevant tertiary qualification
\n\tAt least 5 years sales management experience in \u00a0hygiene, Pest Control & Interior Plants \u00a0industry.
\n\tA high achiever in a target driven environment, who will be able to bring in margins within specific budgets.
\n\tMust have good planning and organising skills\u00a0
\n\tStrong presentation and interpersonal skills
\n\tExperience in performance management<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tProven track record of sales success in the hygiene & Pest Control industry or a related field\u00a0
\n\tStrong understanding of the hygiene \u00a0& Pest Control industry and its trends
\n\tExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
\n\tSelf-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
\n\tAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license and own reliable vehicle
\n\tHigh level of professionalism, self-motivation, and resilience.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the hygiene & Pest Control industry.
\n\tBuild strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
\n\tDrive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
\n\tDevelop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our hygiene products and Pest Control services.
\n\tDevelop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals
\n\tPrepare accurate sales proposals and quotations<\/p>\n
