\tDegree or diploma in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field.
\n\tMust reside within the area or 30km radius.
\n\tExcellent Communication skills.
\n\tFluent in English (additional South African language\/s advantageous).
\n\tQuick grasp of new concepts, constant willingness to learn and strong sense of responsibility.
\n\tHigh level of commitment.
\n\tProven experience in pricing, product management, or commercial analysis.
\n\t2+ years\u2019 experience in a pricing or financial analysis role.
\n\tStrong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
\n\tAdvanced Excel and ERP\/pricing software skills.
\n\tUnderstanding of gross profit, cost structures, and market pricing dynamics.
\n\tAbility to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and procurement.
\n\tCommercial acumen and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
\n\tProduct knowledge relevant to W\u00fcrth South Africa industry.
\n\tAbility to work independently and participate actively within a team.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
Pricing Strategy & Development:<\/p>\n
\t\tImplement and maintain a consistent pricing strategy across all product lines.
\n\t\tEnsure pricing aligns with gross profit targets and company financial goals.
\n\t\tRecommend price adjustments based on market trends and internal profitability analysis.<\/p>\n
Price List Management:<\/p>\n
\tPrepare, update, and distribute accurate price lists for all four divisions.
\n\tEnsure timely rollout of price updates across relevant systems and departments.
\n\tAnnual reviews for pricing agreements and special customer conditions.<\/p>\n
New Product Pricing:<\/p>\n
\tPrice all new products in line with internal pricing models and margin requirements.
\n\tCollaborate with procurement and sales to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
\n\tQuery & Support Management
\n\tHandle pricing queries and disputes raised by sales representatives and internal teams.
\n\tProvide quick and accurate resolution of pricing discrepancies.<\/p>\n
Market Awareness:<\/p>\n
\tConduct regular competitor price benchmarking to ensure market relevance.
\n\tAdjust pricing or recommend actions where necessary to remain competitive.<\/p>\n
System & Data Management:<\/p>\n
\tMaintain pricing data in ERP systems and ensure data integrity.
\n\tMonitor gross profit performance by product\/category\/division and take corrective actions where required.<\/p>\n
Reporting:<\/p>\n
\tPrepare and present regular pricing reports, highlighting concerns, risks, and opportunities.
\n\tAlert management to any inconsistencies, margin erosion, or supply chain impacts.<\/p>\n
