INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE<\/p>\n
\tSupports the Section Head\/Foreman in daily operations.
\n\tMaintains efficient technical systems across all facilities
\n\tPerform technical installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC technical systems, machinery, and equipment.
\n\tConduct inspections and tests of technical systems to ensure functionality and safety.
\n\tDiagnose and resolve HVAC technical faults and issues in a timely manner.
\n\tAssist in planning and executing technical projects, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
\n\tMaintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
\n\tTimeous return of completed Job Cards to Planning Office for capturing and recoveries.<\/p>\n
SHEQ & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE<\/p>\n
\tAdhere to local, national, and international mechanical codes and safety regulations.
\n\tFollow safety protocols and participate in safety training and meetings.
\n\tPerform regular checks and maintenance on safety equipment.
\n\tContribute to maintaining a culture of safety within the team.
\n\tConduct BBS observations<\/p>\n
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION<\/p>\n
\tDeliver high-quality maintenance services with minimal downtime.
\n\tCommunicate effectively with internal and external customers to address technical maintenance issues.
\n\tEnsure prompt and accurate completion of job cards.
\n\tAim for high customer satisfaction ratings by minimizing rework and defects
\n\tEnsure Customer Job Card Rating is done on all defect job cards.
\n\tMinimise non- conformances on work done<\/p>\n
FINANCIAL EXPENDITURE<\/p>\n
\tAssist in managing inventory of mechanical supplies and equipment.
\n\tReport any discrepancies or needs for replacement of tools and equipment.
\n\tSupport cost-effective practices in mechanical maintenance tasks.<\/p>\n

Qualifications\u00a0and\u00a0Experience:<\/p>\n
\tNational Diploma in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering.
\n\tWith HVAC\/refrigeration experience
\n\tAuthorised Gas Practitioner Certificate \/ Permit
\n\tDriver\u2019s License (Compulsory)
\n\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience in HVAC operations as a technician
\n\tGood knowledge of Necsa site facilities, HVAC system and HVAC safety equipment
\n\tComputer literacy<\/p>\n
