\tAccountable for ensuring all the essential guidelines are put in proper place accurately adhering to industry rules and regulations.
\n\tUpdate of submitted of IBRA\u2019s and BLRA on the system used(MINEWARE)
\n\tConduct internal audits and reviews at regular intervals to ensure that compliance procedures are regularly followed
\n\tManage and maintain risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
\n\tMaintain and update the Mine\u2019s strategic risk register, ensuring effective reporting.
\n\tPrepare risk dashboards and reports for internal governance.
\n\tManage risk modules and incident modules on MINWARE
\n\tDeliver risk training and awareness initiatives.
\n\tIdentify, assess, and monitor operational\u00a0 risk.
\n\tMINEWARE system performance monitoring.
\n\tApply different risk analysis, techniques, and control throughout the operations.
\n\tDevelop, implement and maintain data reports and data integrity from MINWARE
\n\tOversee risk mitigation activities and evaluate the effectiveness of controls.
\n\tConduct risk assessments and monitor priority risks across the organization.
\n\tAlign Baseline Risk Assessment with standard operating procedures including risk register<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12, NQF 6 qualifications advantageous.
\n\tRelevant qualification to perform duties as Risk assessment coordinator
\n\tExperience in reviewing and implementing Risk management. (Baseline, issue based and continuous risk assessment)
\n\tExperience in reviewing and implementing Codes of practice and Standard operating procedures
\n\tThorough knowledge of risk assessment techniques (SWIFT, HAZOP, FMECA, AFRAD)
\n\tThorough knowledge of the Mine Health and Safety Act and Occupational Health and Safety Act
\n\tWorking knowledge of MINWARE.
\n\tValid certificate of physical fitness for underground work
\n\tAbility to read and write in English
\n\tAbility to communicate with people on different levels
\n\tComputer literacy. (Excel, Word)
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license
\n\tReport writing and presentation skills<\/p>\n
