A global leader in feed additives is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager responsible for driving regional business growth through technical support, customer engagement, product trials, and market-driven insights across the feed and farming sectors.<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements for the role:<\/p>\n
\tMust have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. Degree in Animal Science or relevant Veterinarian or Scientific qualification
\n\tMinimum 2-4 years\u2019 hands-on commercial experience in Animal Feed, Feed Additives, Pre-mixes or related field will be required
\n\tMust have a valid drivers\u2019 license and be willing to travel extensively<\/p>\n
The successful candidate will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
\tDeveloping the growth of the current business across all species in South Africa and neighbouring countries through the technical promotion of the company\u2019s products and solutions.
\n\tMaintaining existing business within the feed industry and at farm level.
\n\tProviding technical support to local distributors, dealers\u2019 sales teams, and end-user customers (farmers) through product and solution training.
\n\tImplementing trials and delivering technical services through hands-on and informative support.
\n\tIdentifying market needs, opportunities, and key success factors.
\n\tAssisting with technical training for customers and operational teams, including preparing required materials.
\n\tAssisting with field evaluations of products to recommend improvements or new product development.
\n\tContributing to the preparation of technical documentation.
\n\tCommunicating technical information through sales call reports and technical service reports.
\n\tReporting new market trends and ideas to the Area Manager.<\/p>\n
