Employee Engagement, Employee Wellness and all IR issues relating to employees. Manage the Trainee Life cycle in line with training requirements.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Main Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>\tPartners with assigned business units to deliver value-added services to management and employees that align with overall business objectives.<br \/>\n\tCollaborates with the HR specialist teams in the development and implementation of employee programs and initiatives across BDO.<br \/>\n\tPartners with BDO business leaders to develop action plans that achieve organizational objectives.<br \/>\n\tProvides guidance and input on strategic workforce planning and talent management.<br \/>\n\tManages and resolves complex employee relations issues; provides guidance on, and assists in, performance improvement and conduct related issues.<br \/>\n\tFacilitates conflict resolutions and outcomes. \u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tWorks closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.<br \/>\n\tProvides policy guidance and interpretation; recommends and implements changes.<br \/>\n\tDevelops and delivers presentations on HR related topics.<br \/>\n\tEnsures that the organization&#8217;s needs are met in accordance with governmental requirements.<br \/>\n\tPartnering with business to ensure successful recruitment and probation management<br \/>\n\tSupporting the employee life cycle for senior Audit employees<br \/>\n\tEnsuring an ongoing reward and recognition culture<br \/>\n\tEnsuring that the office complies with the Training Office regulations as stipulated by governing body and ensuring that the firm adheres to and implements the governing body training requirements.<br \/>\n\tDriving a learning culture<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<br \/>\nQualifications:<\/p>\n<p>Essential<\/p>\n<p>\tTertiary Qualification in Human Resources<\/p>\n<p>Desirable<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor&#8217;s degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Work Experience<\/p>\n<p>Essential<\/p>\n<p>\t5 years relevant professional human resources experience\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Desirable<\/p>\n<p>\t3-5 years of professional human resources experience in the following areas:\u00a0<br \/>\n\tHR Management<br \/>\n\tEmployee relations management<br \/>\n\tRemuneration and benefits administration<br \/>\n\tTraining and development<br \/>\n\tExperience must include working with an HR information\/management system.<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( https:\/\/www.bdo.co.za\/en-za\/home ) or<\/p>\n<p>bdo.mcidirecthire.com<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/bdo.mcidirecthire.com","_company_name":"BDO South Africa","_company_website":"https:\/\/www.bdo.co.za\/en-za\/home","_company_tagline":"BDO helps a diverse range of clients with different needs.
