Primary Purpose of the Job<\/p>\n
\tThe P&C Business Partner advises and supports managers and employees on all HR-related areas including performance management, career planning, development & coaching, talent acquisition, total rewards\/compensation, and policy interpretation. Employee Engagement, Employee Wellness and all IR issues relating to employees. Manage the Trainee Life cycle in line with training requirements.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Main Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tPartners with assigned business units to deliver value-added services to management and employees that align with overall business objectives.
\n\tCollaborates with the HR specialist teams in the development and implementation of employee programs and initiatives across BDO.
\n\tPartners with BDO business leaders to develop action plans that achieve organizational objectives.
\n\tProvides guidance and input on strategic workforce planning and talent management.
\n\tManages and resolves complex employee relations issues; provides guidance on, and assists in, performance improvement and conduct related issues.
\n\tFacilitates conflict resolutions and outcomes. \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tWorks closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
\n\tProvides policy guidance and interpretation; recommends and implements changes.
\n\tDevelops and delivers presentations on HR related topics.
\n\tEnsures that the organization’s needs are met in accordance with governmental requirements.
\n\tPartnering with business to ensure successful recruitment and probation management
\n\tSupporting the employee life cycle for senior Audit employees
\n\tEnsuring an ongoing reward and recognition culture
\n\tEnsuring that the office complies with the Training Office regulations as stipulated by governing body and ensuring that the firm adheres to and implements the governing body training requirements.

Essential<\/p>\n
\tTertiary Qualification in Human Resources<\/p>\n
Desirable<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Work Experience<\/p>\n
Essential<\/p>\n
\t5 years relevant professional human resources experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
Desirable<\/p>\n
\t3-5 years of professional human resources experience in the following areas:\u00a0
\n\tHR Management
\n\tEmployee relations management
\n\tRemuneration and benefits administration
\n\tTraining and development
\n\tExperience must include working with an HR information\/management system.<\/p>\n
