The specialist acts as a technical authority within the domain, bridging business requirements, architecture, and engineering to deliver Optimised customer journeys and support Cell C\u2019s digital transformation strategy.<\/p>\n<p>Main Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Digital Channel Architecture &amp; Strategy<\/p>\n<p>\tDefine and evolve the target architecture for digital channels (App, Web, USSD, APIs)<br \/>\n\tDrive modernization initiatives such as PWA, API-first, and microservices adoption<br \/>\n\tAlign channel platforms with enterprise architecture and cloud strategy<\/p>\n<p>Platform Ownership &amp; Delivery Oversight<\/p>\n<p>\tOwn the full lifecycle of online channel platforms<br \/>\n\tProvide technical leadership across development, testing, and release cycles<br \/>\n\tEnsure platform stability, scalability, and performance<\/p>\n<p>Integration &amp; Ecosystem Enablement<\/p>\n<p>\tLead integration into BSS systems including CRM, billing, and provisioning<br \/>\n\tDrive API and event-driven integrations across internal and external systems<br \/>\n\tEnable real-time and seamless service orchestration<\/p>\n<p>Customer Journey &amp; Omnichannel Enablement<\/p>\n<p>\tDesign and optimize cross-channel customer journeys<br \/>\n\tEnable consistent and seamless experiences across all touchpoints<br \/>\n\tSupport personalization and contextual customer engagement<\/p>\n<p>Performance &amp; Observability<\/p>\n<p>\tDefine and monitor key performance indicators including availability, latency, and conversion<br \/>\n\tLeverage observability and analytics tools to drive continuous improvement<br \/>\n\tIdentify and resolve performance bottlenecks<\/p>\n<p>Stakeholder &amp; Vendor Management<\/p>\n<p>\tCollaborate with Architecture, Security, Data, and Product teams<br \/>\n\tEngage with vendors and partners to ensure delivery alignment<br \/>\n\tProvide technical input into solution decisions and governance forums<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Innovation &amp; Continuous Improvement<\/p>\n<p>\tEvaluate emerging technologies and digital trends<br \/>\n\tDrive innovation in areas such as AI-driven channels, automation, and digital identity<br \/>\n\tContinuously improve platform capabilities and customer experience<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Qualification<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field<br \/>\n\tAdvantageous: Postgraduate qualification or certifications in Cloud, Architecture, or Digital Platforms<\/p>\n<p>Experience<\/p>\n<p>\t5\u20136 years\u2019 experience in digital platforms, telecom systems, or online channel environments<br \/>\n\tMinimum 3\u20135 years in a specialist or technical leadership capacity<br \/>\n\tProven experience in:<br \/>\n\tDigital channel platforms (App, Web, USSD, APIs)<br \/>\n\tAPI-driven and microservices-based architectures<br \/>\n\tIntegration with BSS systems<br \/>\n\tCustomer journey orchestration and omnichannel enablement<\/p>\n<p>Technical Competencies<\/p>\n<p>\tDigital Channel Platforms:\u00a0Advanced knowledge of mobile apps (iOS\/Android\/ Harmony), web platforms, USSD frameworks, and omnichannel systems<br \/>\n\tIntegration &amp; Architecture:\u00a0Strong expertise in API design, microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and middleware<br \/>\n\tTelco Systems Integration:\u00a0Understanding of CRM, billing, charging, and provisioning systems within telecom environments<br \/>\n\tCloud &amp; DevOps:\u00a0Experience with cloud platforms (AWS\/GCP), CI\/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies<br \/>\n\tData &amp; Analytics:\u00a0Knowledge of customer data platforms, real-time analytics, and personalization capabilities<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>cellc.simplify.hr<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/cellc.simplify.hr","_company_name":"Cell C","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"At Cell C, we know that because change is inevitable, growth is up to us.
