What the role involves:<\/p>\n
\tFull ownership of plant operations (production, maintenance, support functions)
\n\tDriving output to meet customer demand and business targets
\n\tLeading continuous improvement and cost optimisation initiatives
\n\tEnsuring high standards across quality, safety, and environmental compliance
\n\tManaging and developing production teams
\n\tOverseeing budgets, performance tracking, and operational reporting

What we\u2019re looking for:<\/p>\n
\tDegree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
\n\t10+ years\u2019 experience in an automotive manufacturing plant environment
\n\tProven experience in a plant or operations management role
\n\tStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems
\n\tExperience within regulated manufacturing environments in South Africa
\n\tStrong analytical and decision-making ability<\/p>\n
