ENVIRONMENT:<\/p>\n
\tDEVELOP, co-ordinate, and manage the overall implementation of all HVAC projects as then next HVAC Project Coordinator wanted by a Leading Equipment Manufacturer to join its Cape Town team.
\n\tYou will participate in scoping for quoting, project and quality sign off, assist with stock identification & supervise and close out invoicing on completion of projects.
\n\tApplicants will need Matric\/Grade 12, at least 8 years\u2019 experience in HVAC maintenance and projects and Project Management with strong field HSE and compliance ethic. You must have a valid Driver\u2019s Licence and be willing to work overtime, weekends and be available for Standby duty.<\/p>\n
DUTIES:<\/p>\n
\tScoping for quoting, project and quality sign off.
\n\tSupervise and direct technical issues arising from field and dealing with technical escalations from maintenance, delegating solutions for swift resolution.
\n\tAssist with stock identification \u2013 this is a daily task.
\n\tSupervise and close out invoicing on completion of projects.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 \/ Matric.
\n\tMinimum of 8 experience in HVAC maintenance and projects and Project Management.
\n\tComputer literate \u2013 must have all the MS skills to a proficient level.
\n\tWilling to travel extensively if needed and not push back about overtime.
\n\tWilling to jump in and assist directly on projects when required.
\n\tStrong field HSE and compliance ethic.
\n\tRigid attention to detail.
\n\tBe a leader \u2013 and command respect \u2013 which means demonstrable track record in successful team and personnel management.
\n\tWorking overtime and\/or weekends and\/or Standby will be required.
\n\tMust be in possession of a valid Driver\u2019s Licence.<\/p>\n
