Facilities Management:<\/p>\n
\tPrimary contact and liaison for all the Santam business units and Sanlam Facilities and Real Estate (SFRE) for all facilities management related matters
\n\tManage Facilities Management budgets and service level agreements
\n\tFacilities Strategy input and operationalising for the Santam Group<\/p>\n
Security Management<\/p>\n
\tFire Prevention
\n\tOccupational Health and Safety
\n\tWaste Disposal
\n\tDisaster Recovery Management<\/p>\n
Third Party Contract Management<\/p>\n
\tSanlam Facilities Management
\n\tCBRE Outsourced Agreement Management
\n\tFleet Management
\n\tLease Renewals<\/p>\n
Technical Management<\/p>\n
\tInstallations and Management of Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Lifts, Alarms & detection systems and CCTV<\/p>\n
Maintenance Management<\/p>\n
\tBuilding Maintenance Management
\n\tRoads, Paths and Carparks
\n\tManagement of construction, vending, and related 3rd party subcontractors and vendors<\/p>\n
Logistics Management<\/p>\n
\tManagement of the Mail Room team.
\n\tLogistics and Deliveries
\n\tCo-ordination of Office moves across the Santam Group<\/p>\n
Qualification and experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum BSc Built Environment or Engineering or BCom or Btech
\n\tMinimum 8 years of working experience in a similar role.
\n\tMinimum of 5 years managerial experience
\n\tAccounting knowledge
\n\tESG knowledge
\n\tGood knowledge of SANS, National Building Regulations and OHS Act among others
\n\tGood knowledge of various building contracts applicable to the building services industry i.e. JBCC, Procsa, etc.
\n\tComputer literate with all Microsoft Office Packages (Projects, Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.) including various maintenance management systems.
\n\tKnowledge and experience of CAD, CMMS software among others will be advantageous.
\n\tProfessional certification in Facilities Management (e.g., SAFMA, IFMA) is advantageous.
\n\tDrivers licence essential.<\/p>\n
