What will you do?<\/p>\n
\tProactively manage all client, intermediary and third party manager queries and process their requests (For example, portfolio queries, tax reports, fees etc.)
\n\tCollate Corporate Actions with Portfolio Manager and clients
\n\tCollate Private Placements with Portfolio Manager and clients
\n\tResponsible for collating client payment information and documentation
\n\tResponsible for collating share transfer information and documentation
\n\tResponsible for collating cash journal information and documentation
\n\tResponsible for collating on boarding documents and quality check on all mandates and FICA information
\n\tResponsible to screen all new clients against various sanction lists prior on boarding
\n\tResponsible to collate and submit cash receipts
\n\tResponsible for trade allocation
\n\tCollate and submit Score and Monthly Management fee reports
\n\tAd hoc administrative duties
\n\tMonitor safe custody fees on BDA system
\n\tFollow up on debit lists
\n\tMonitor At Home positions
\n\tManage the diary for Portfolio Manager(s)
\n\tPrepare Information packs for meetings<\/p>\n
What will make you successful in this role?<\/p>\n
\tExperience within Private Wealth Industry
\n\tHigh level of accuracy
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n
Qualification and experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor of Commerce Degree
\n\tRegistered person exam (would be an advantage but not mandatory)
\n\tBasic understanding of the Private Client business and the stock-broking environment
\n\tExperience within a financial services industry is essential
\n\tExperience in a stock-broking environment is essential
\n\tBonds and Safex exams would be an advantage<\/p>\n
Knowledge and skills<\/p>\n
\tProficiency in MS Office
\n\tWorking knowledge of financial systems
\n\tWorking knowledge of BDA<\/p>\n
