Description<\/p>\n
\tAttend all theoretical training sessions facilitated by the training provider
\n\tComplete assessments, assignments, and Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) in line with\u00a0W&RSETA\u00a0requirements<\/p>\n
Perform workplace duties related to retail operations, including:<\/p>\n
\tAssisting customers and delivering basic customer service
\n\tMerchandising and replenishing stock
\n\tSupporting point-of-sale (POS) operations (where applicable)
\n\tMaintaining store cleanliness and housekeeping standards
\n\tFollow company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices
\n\tComply with health and safety requirements in the workplace
\n\tMaintain accurate logbook entries and track workplace experience
\n\tDemonstrate professional behaviour, punctuality, and consistent attendance
\n\tEngage with supervisors, mentors, and facilitators to support learning progress<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tUnemployed and eligible for a\u00a0W&RSETA learnership
\n\tMinimum qualification: Grade 12
\n\tBasic numeracy and literacy skills
\n\tSouth African citizen (as per funding requirements)
\n\tClear criminal record
\n\tWillingness to work retail hours (including weekends\/public holidays where applicable)
\n\tMust not have completed an unemployed learnership before<\/p>\n
