\tTo lead the receiving, storing, packing and dispatching of finished products.<\/p>\n

\tVerify orders, attach data loggers and generate relevant reports and analysis
\n\tManage quarantine shipments
\n\tManage permit process
\n\tManage fridge line items<\/p>\n
Management of Schedule 5 and 6 items<\/p>\n
\tOversee the complete flow of FG from receipt to dispatch
\n\tAdhere to Legal requirement as per GDP, GMP and GWP guidelines
\n\tManagement of the destruction process for obsolete stock
\n\tManage activities from receipt to destruction of stock, inclusive of the administration process, i.e. SBF\u2019s, ERP transactions, approvals<\/p>\n
Planning & processes<\/p>\n
\tPlan daily, weekly and monthly activities, and determine prioritization of own objectives
\n\tImplement and coordinate systems and procedures and make decisions within policies and procedures, or as authorized by superiors<\/p>\n
Asset\/ Resource management<\/p>\n
\tDetermine resource needs within own area of responsibility
\n\tRequest required assets and resources for the fulfilment of work duties
\n\tUse assets and resources optimally within own area of responsibility<\/p>\n

\tApply comprehensive knowledge of discipline\/ specialization
\n\tStay up to date on developments, trends, legislation and industry regulations within area of expertise

\n\tReporting & record keeping<\/p>\n
Human Resources (engaging in people practice)<\/p>\n
\tManage staff performance through the Company Performance Management program
\n\tManage staff succession through the company succession planning program<\/p>\n
GMP\/GWP<\/p>\n
\tComply with GMP\/GLP requirements as outlined by company SOP\u2019s and written instructions in all tasks and activities
\n\tEnsure that products are produced, tested and stored according to the required SOP\u2019s and documentation
\n\tComplete all records and reports timeously and accurately as described in the relevant SOP\u2019s, protocols and associated documentation.
\n\tEnsure that the required resources, systems and SOPs are reviewed, authorized and are regularly monitored, adapted and improved to ensure compliance to GMP\/GLP regulations\/standards and the product licence
\n\tEnsure that environment (facilities and equipment) are maintained to GMP standards
\n\tEnsure that the initial and continuing departmental personnel training is carried out and recorded
\n\tEnsure that records are evaluated and corrected before they are sent to the Quality Department
\n\tInvestigate and initiate corrective actions for all quality deficiencies<\/p>\n
Health, Safety and Environmental Standards<\/p>\n
\tCarry out any duty or requirement imposed on the company by the OHS Act and in accordance with your specific SHE appointment
\n\tEnsure that all employees are informed of their scope of authority as contemplated in the OHS Act
\n\tTake full responsibility and necessary measures to ensure that the requirements of the OHS Act are complied with by every person in your employment or on premises under your control where plant and machinery are produced
\n\tEnsure that reasonably practicable steps are taken to identify, manage, eliminate or mitigate any hazard or potential hazards to the safety or health of employees, attached to any work performed, any article or substance produced, processed, used, handled, stored or transported and any plant, machinery which is stored or transported
\n\tReport any unsafe or unhealthy situations to SHE representative or Line Manager
\n\tReport any incident to the SHE representative or Line Manager which may affect your health or cause injury
\n\tGather information required for reports to be generated in department or area of technical expertise
\n\tComplete and consolidate standard documents
\n\tFile, archive and retrieve documents in hard and soft copy filing system
\n\tMaintain and update records and systems as required
\n\tRetrieve supporting documentation and records to facilitate and support query resolution

\n\tExecute company EE plan, procedures and targets
\n\tFormulate and execute a Workplace Skills Plan in conjunction with the HR Department<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12)
\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree in pharmacy
\n\tRegistration with the Pharmacy Council as a Pharmacist<\/p>\n
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\t1 – 2 years\u2019 experience as a pharmacist
\n\tExperience generating ERP reports for stock movements
\n\tSound knowledge and understanding of Pharmaceutical Compliance
\n\tExperience in the timeous completion of all relevant documentation and BAAN transactions
\n\tKnowledge and understanding of SOPs and regulations for product handling, storage and records<\/p>\n
