\tDriving business performance by transforming data into actionable insights. The primary responsibility will be to support sales performance through data-driven insights, generate reporting dashboards, and analysis.
\n\tThe Sales Reporting Coordinator helps identify opportunities, and areas for improvement to drive informed decision-making and strategic growth within the SA Sales environment.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 with a relevant tertiary qualification in business management, marketing or related field preferred.
\n\t3 to 5 years’ working experience in a Sales support environment
\n\t3 to 5 years’ experience in a FMCG environment would be beneficial
\n\tIT literate on Microsoft and PowerPoint
\n\tAdvanced level of Excel skills
\n\tUnderstanding of financials and budgets
\n\tExperience in FSA systems (Salesforce, Repforce, etc.) or other sales-related software will be advantageous
\n\tProficiency in BI software will be advantageous
\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop regular sales reports and dashboards for key stakeholders
\n\tDeliver accurate and prompt continuous Sales Performance reports to SA Sales team (daily, weekly & monthly)
\n\tDeliver accurate and continuous Marketing (Spirit & Wine) Dashboards
\n\tCalculate and coordinate the monthly and quarterly sales incentive information
\n\tIdentify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency
\n\tWork closely with stakeholders to implement process enhancements and best practices
\n\tEnsure data accuracy and integrity across sales systems and reports
\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to align on business goals
\n\tAttend regular meetings with the various departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of Sales objectives
\n\tSales support to the Field sales team
\n\tAct as Point of Entry with database service provider
\n\tManage the Vodacom contract within budget
\n\tManage the relationship with Third Party service providers
\n\tLiaise with SAP and Accounts department to verify outlet information and rectify if needed<\/p>\n
