Executive Client Leadership<\/p>\n
\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients at Exco and senior management level.
\n\tServe as strategic counsel to clients, advising on business and communication challenges beyond day-to-day campaign work.
\n\tDrive transformational outcomes that deliver measurable value for clients and the agency.
\n\tLead crisis management and resolution, acting as the primary point of escalation for client accounts.
\n\tChampion client needs across all agency departments to ensure exceptional, joined-up service delivery.<\/p>\n
Strategic Direction<\/p>\n
\tShape the long-term strategic vision for client accounts in partnership with Strategy and Creative.
\n\tLead integrated campaign development across all channels and touch points.
\n\tDrive innovation in creative solutions, media approaches, and technology adoption.
\n\tEnsure all strategic output delivers measurable business impact against client objectives.
\n\tPresent strategic recommendations to client boards and senior leadership.<\/p>\n
Business Leadership<\/p>\n
\tDrive organic growth within existing accounts through proactive opportunity identification.
\n\tLead major new business pitches and proposals.<\/p>\n
Team Leadership & Development<\/p>\n
\tLead and inspire multiple account teams of Account Managers and Account Executives.
\n\tSet clear goals and expectations; provide guidance, support, and regular performance feedback.
\n\tCreate a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
\n\tDrive talent acquisition by contributing to recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new team members.
\n\tChampion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team and the broader agency.<\/p>\n
Brief Development & Campaign Delivery<\/p>\n
\tWrite clear, accurate, and concise creative briefs that effectively communicate client goals, target audience, and all relevant information.
\n\tCollaborate with Creative, Strategy, Production, and other agency resources to develop innovative, impactful campaigns.
\n\tOversee quality assurance on all work produced, ensuring creativity, attention to detail, and alignment with brand strategy.<\/p>\n
Agency Leadership & Business Development<\/p>\n
\tContribute to agency-wide strategic planning and business development initiatives.
\n\tParticipate in executive-level decision-making and cross-departmental governance.
\n\tDrive cross-functional collaboration between Client Service, Creative, Strategy, and Production.
\n\tBuild and protect the agency\u2019s reputation through thought leadership and client excellence.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Education<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
\n\tPostgraduate qualification in Business or Marketing is advantageous<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 7 years\u2019 experience in advertising or related industry, with at least 3 years at senior account management level.
\n\tProven track record of managing large, complex, multi-market accounts.
\n\tDemonstrated experience leading teams and developing talent.
\n\tRetail or FMCG advertising experience is highly advantageous.<\/p>\n
