The role ensures accurate and compliant warranty processing for Underground Hard Rock Mining, Surface Mining, Construction, Soft Rock, and Exploration claims, in line with Sandvik standards and policies.<\/p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<p>\tOpening of Jobs on the Sandvik database<br \/>\n\tEnsure that all warranty registrations are captured<br \/>\n\tProcess warranty write-offs monthly through given processes in the department.<br \/>\n\tResolve purchase order, inventory, and job commitment discrepancies<br \/>\n\tCo-ordinate collections and deliveries<br \/>\n\tMonthly reconciliation and preparation of job documents for job closure<br \/>\n\tCapture data accurately, maintain databases, and ensure proper filing and document control and Data Integrity<br \/>\n\tUpdated Internal Business and tracking System<br \/>\n\tWork In Progress Report and submission<\/p>\n<p>Accurate Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tPerform WIP tracking and ensure accurate monitoring and reporting of open jobs<br \/>\n\tWorking with Creditors Department to ensure credit notes are processed<br \/>\n\tAnalyze warranty jobs to ensure correct job categorization, costing, and compliance<br \/>\n\tGenerate reports to confirm job costing accuracy that supports management decision-making<br \/>\n\tUpdating of Warranty Databases daily<br \/>\n\tWeekly Work In Progress Reports<br \/>\n\tTimeous Information sharing<br \/>\n\tReported Deviations<br \/>\n\tAccuracy of reports<br \/>\n\tWarranty Databases<\/p>\n<p>Your Profile<\/p>\n<p>\tGrade 12\/N3 \/ Equivalent qualification<br \/>\n\tAdvanced Computer literacy<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of Sandvik Databases<br \/>\n\tOffice Administration experience (3 years)<br \/>\n\tFinancial experience (3 years) Advantageous<br \/>\n\tEnglish proficiency<br \/>\n\tBusiness writing skills<br \/>\n\tValid driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n<p>Deadline:18th April,2026<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( http:\/\/home.sandvik ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Sandvik","_company_website":"http:\/\/home.sandvik","_company_tagline":"Sandvik is a global industrial group with advanced products and world-leading positions in selected areas - tools for metal cutting, machinery and tools for rock excavation, stainless materials, special alloys, metallic and ceramic resistance materials as well as process systems.
