Role Summary<\/p>\n
\tThe Global Key Accounts Manager is responsible for leading all account management activities for a key portfolio of strategic global clients. The role is focused on driving revenue growth, strengthening long\u2011term customer partnerships, and increasing customer loyalty through consistent, value\u2011driven engagement. You will act as the primary relationship owner for key accounts, developing and executing account strategies that align customer objectives with business priorities. Working closely with cross\u2011functional and regional teams, you will ensure a seamless global customer experience while identifying opportunities to expand sales and deepen relationships.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDeliver business plan sales and market share targets for the company’s products and services in each industry segment.
\n\tImplementing the sales and marketing strategy to achieve business plan targets for company products and services.
\n\tEnsuring customer satisfaction through management of product and service delivery and related commercial offerings.
\n\tImplement the selling opportunity identification, customer satisfaction improvement and business relationship enhancements.<\/p>\n

\n\tNegotiating: Knowledge of successful negotiation concepts and techniques; ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and clients in a constructive and collaborative manner.
\n\tRelationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
\n\tAccount Management: Knowledge of account management; ability to manage day-to-day activities, providing services and support to existing clients.
\n\tValue Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product\/service ‘value’ and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.<\/p>\n
Skills, Abilities and Knowledge:<\/p>\n
\tDemonstrated knowledge of financing and leasing products, policies and procedures of
\n\tthe subsidiary.
\n\tKnowledge of credit and documentation procedures, processes and operations.
\n\tDemonstrated knowledge of and ability to apply math computation skills including those used in financial modelling and forecasting.
\n\tKnowledge of credit policies and procedures and pricing models to negotiatevacceptable pricing and terms on transactions.<\/p>\n
Education\/Experience:<\/p>\n
\tA three-year university degree or equivalent diploma in Finance, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is required.
\n\tA minimum of three (6) years\u2019 experience in a similar role, preferably within the banking industry.
\n\tDemonstrated experience in structured finance, with proven credit assessment expertise and effective dealer engagement across Southern and West Africa<\/p>\n
Additional Information<\/p>\n
\tTravel to West and Southern Africa required.
