This role is also ideally placed to manage and update the sub-district-based services directory for easy service plan referrals and report on the Human Rights Violations<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tDiploma \/ NQF level 6 is essential<br \/>\n\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience in lobbying\/support\/human rights or programming in the public health or HIV field<br \/>\n\tExperience in establishing partnerships within a CSS Medium and Small grant CBOs and FBOs<br \/>\n\tExperience in AYP health, social and legal rights<br \/>\n\tExperience in harm reduction and AYP programming beneficial<br \/>\n\tExperience in conducting training<br \/>\n\tComputer proficiency in MS Office is essential<br \/>\n\tAbility to travel as and when required<br \/>\n\tClear criminal record<\/p>\n<p>Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tEstablishing, maintaining and supporting the rights and needs of AYP in selected district<br \/>\n\tPlaying a key role in networking and engagement with district stakeholders<br \/>\n\tConduct sensitisation training to stakeholders per quarter including reporting on human rights activities.<br \/>\n\tCo-facilitate community dialogues related to human rights and human rights violations of AYP to publicize, encourage reporting and minimize human rights violations<br \/>\n\tParticipate in sub-district level meetings<br \/>\n\tEnsure linkages to the district AYP networks are made within the district<br \/>\n\tIdentify gaps of services for AYP and strategies with the programme team to ensure they are filled<br \/>\n\tEngage with, build and strengthen the capacity of the AYP network in the district<br \/>\n\tRepresent the programme with integrity at meetings and engagements and respond to all programme requests from external parties<br \/>\n\tSupervise the activities of the peer educators and Human Rights Ambassadors<br \/>\n\tWork closely with the AYP to ensure successful referral and follow-up<br \/>\n\tSupport on identifying AYP in need of further psychosocial support<br \/>\n\tAddress any challenges and performance related issues to the programme manager<br \/>\n\tTrain peer educators and Human Rights Ambassadors on standard operating procedure (SOP) and data tools<br \/>\n\tReview service map online tool for new services &amp; update service map tool (monthly \/ quarterly)<br \/>\n\tDocument and refer human rights reported abuses and violations to Paralegal (At PR level)<br \/>\n\tDocument and submit monthly human rights violations report<br \/>\n\tReport cases to Paralegal for further support with investigation\/analysis and appropriate referral and linkage to support services<br \/>\n\tDocument beneficiary testimonies<br \/>\n\tCompile monthly beneficiary testimony and narrative report<br \/>\n\tManagement of the outcome of all referrals<\/p>\n<p>Skills and Competencies\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tExcellent communication skills<br \/>\n\tAttention to detail<br \/>\n\tComputer literacy and IT skills<br \/>\n\tProblem-solving<br \/>\n\tStakeholder management<br \/>\n\tExcellent organisational and administration skills<br \/>\n\tReporting and statistics<\/p>\n<p>Deadline:21st April,2026<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( http:\/\/www.tbhivcare.org ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"TB HIV Care","_company_website":"http:\/\/www.tbhivcare.org","_company_tagline":"TB HIV Care is a non-profit company that aims to improve TB management by increasing access to TB and HIV diagnosis, care, treatment and community-based adherence support.
