\tThe Supervisor will support the Store manager in the daily operations of a retail store. Your role is to supervise employees, work with customers and help carry out the directives of the manager and the business. Also providing customers with a pleasant shopping experience through product knowledge, stock availability, excellent housekeeping, latest fashion trends, and minimising stock losses.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGive customer service at all times \u00a0Process customer merchandise through the tills \u00a0Assist customers with product selection to increase basket value \u00a0Ensure that all new\/ replenish merchandise is on the sales floor \u00a0Ensure that all ticketing & visual displays are in place \u00a0Support the manager in-charge with day-to-day duties \u00a0Assist with supervising employees engaged with daily duties \u00a0Ensure daily, weekly and monthly admin is done (including \u00a0Daily Banking \u00a0Inventory Management \u00a0Ensure store equipment is secured and accounted for \u00a0Be aware of health & safety rules \u00a0Understand store daily\/weekly\/monthly sales targets \u00a0Assist with action plan to minimise stock loss \u00a0<\/p>\n
