Job Description<\/p>\n
\tEdit and produce engaging short-form video content for social media, including reels and other digital formats, ensuring content aligns with current campaigns and brand guidelines.
\n\tWork closely with the Lead Designer, Strategist, and Copywriter to ensure video content supports overall brand direction and campaign messaging.
\n\tAdapt and re purpose existing campaign creative into video-first content for social media platforms, maintaining consistency in look, tone, and messaging.
\n\tAssist with the basic layout and preparation of digital creative assets when required, particularly for social media and other digital platforms.
\n\tMaintain clear folder structures and organised project files for video editing workflows, maintaining folder structures that keep assets safe and links intact.
\n\tImplement feedback efficiently, demonstrating the ability to apply constructive criticism and refine work accordingly.
\n\tSupport the creative team with basic motion graphics, titles, and simple animations for video content.
\n\tOpportunity to attend photo shoots or video shoots as experience grows. Skills in phone video shooting either handheld or with a gimbal\/stand are an advantage.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tLittle if any experience up to a maximum of three years.
\n\tRelevant degree or diploma qualification in Multimedia Design.
\n\tSkilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
\n\tNB: You will need proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
\n\tUnderstanding of sound design, video timing\/pace, and rules of animation.
\n\tGood knowledge and passion\/interest in e-comms and social media design.
\n\tProficient in MS Office.
\n\tFast and efficient and have incredible attention to detail.
\n\tMust be highly organised and remain composed under pressure.
\n\tMust be a team player.<\/p>\n
