\tWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused\u00a0E-Commerce Customer Service Agent\u00a0to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer queries across multiple communication channels, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tRespond to customer queries via phone, email, live chat, and social media
\n\tResolve customer complaints efficiently and within set SLA timeframes
\n\tAccurately capture and update customer information on CRM systems
\n\tProvide clear, professional, and timely feedback to customers
\n\tEscalate complex issues to management when necessary
\n\tMaintain detailed records of customer interactions
\n\tEnsure all queries and complaints are closed within required timelines
\n\tSupport customer retention through excellent service delivery<\/p>\n
Key Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 (Matric) \u2013 essential
\n\tMinimum 1 year experience in a customer service or customer resolution environment
\n\tExperience in retail or e-commerce (advantageous)
\n\tTertiary qualification (advantageous)<\/p>\n

Technical Requirements<\/p>\n
\tProficiency in MS Office
\n\tExperience with CRM systems
\n\tSocial media proficiency
\n\tUnderstanding of customer service best practices
\n\tKnowledge of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) (advantageous)<\/p>\n
