\n\tMedirite Plus Monavoni is looking for a dedicated Beauty Consultant with a strong interest in the retail beauty industry to join our team and provide expert advice on beauty and wellness products.<\/p>\n
Your main duties will consist of:<\/p>\n
\tAdvising customers on products and prices and;
\n\tPromoting and selling beauty products by means of rendering excellent customer service

Job Objectives\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMaintain efficient operations, stock management, and shrink control in the beauty department while upholding housekeeping and administrative standards.
\n\tGiving product demonstrations and helping customers find products that meet their needs.
\n\tIdentify customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferences.
\n\tDrive and maximize beauty department sales through promotions, cross-selling, and up-selling beauty products.
\n\tEnsure proper presentation of products on shelves.
\n\tExplain to customers how to use products they\u2019re interested in buying.
\n\tKeep up to date on all beauty products, ranges, trends, promotions, and events in order to provide accurate information to customers at all times.
\n\tEnsure and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service by means of sales, merchandising, and stock control of products.
\n\tHandle customer queries and escalate where necessary to management.
\n\tIf required, assist with any ad hoc duties, excluding dispensary.<\/p>\n
Qualifications\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n

\tGrade 12 qualification<\/p>\n
Desirable<\/p>\n
\tProfessional certification in Beauty Therapy and Makeup or any other relevant course. Certifications in cosmetology will be an added benefit.<\/p>\n
Experience\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
Essential<\/p>\n
\tProven experience working within a beauty and skincare environment in a similar role.
\n\tAt least 5 months of point of sale \/ till point experience within a retail environment.<\/p>\n
Knowledge and Skills\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAbility to demonstrate and promote beauty products.
\n\tUnderstanding of which products suit different skin types.
\n\tSolid communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\tStrong product knowledge of various cosmetics and beauty products.
\n\tExcellent customer service and sales abilities.
\n\tResults and target-driven.
\n\tStrong administration skills.
\n\tBilingual, preferably fluent in Afrikaans and English.
\n\tEngaging and friendly personality.
\n\tRetail\/FMCG background and understanding of merchandising and promotions principles.
\n\tKnowledgeable of payment procedures (e.g. cash, cheque, bank card, credit cards, coupons, vouchers).<\/p>\n
