\tThe Talent and Candidate Experience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering a seamless, high-quality experience across the full Talent Acquisition lifecycle\u2014from attraction and recruitment through to onboarding and early employment. This role is central to ensuring every candidate and new hire interaction reflects efficiency, engagement, and a premium employer experience.<\/p>\n
The role <\/p>\n
\tThe Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. The role also supports strategic initiatives, including the delivery of early-career programmes such as internships and graduate schemes, contributing to a strong talent pipeline and enhancing the organisation’s employer brand.<\/p>\n
Requirements What you will need: Educational Qualifications <\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advantageous but not essential)<\/p>\n
Relevant Experience <\/p>\n
\t1-3 years in HR, TA, People Ops, or recruitment coordination
\n\tPreferred: Onboarding, recruitment admin, or employee experience support
\n\tAdvantageous: Internship\/graduate programme exposure
\n\tExperience with ATS, HRIS, or similar systems
\n\tBasic labour law\/HR best practices knowledge<\/p>\n
Skills <\/p>\n
\tStrong organization, admin, and detail focus
\n\tEffective communication (verbal\/written)
\n\tAbility to manage fast-paced, multiple priorities
\n\tProficient in HR systems, ATS, and Google Workspace
\n\tStrong coordination and stakeholder management
\n\tProblem-solving and decision-making
\n\tDiscretion with sensitive information<\/p>\n
