\tiqbusiness is seeking experienced Scrum Masters, Agile Consultants and Agile Coaches for\u00a0contract opportunities. This role offers the opportunity to create meaningful client impact by enabling improved delivery outcomes through the practical application of Agile values, principles, and ways of working.
\n\tConsultants will work within dynamic, evolving client environments, partnering with delivery and business teams to improve collaboration, enhance delivery performance, and support continuous improvement. The role is suited to practitioners who combine strong Agile fundamentals with a pragmatic, hands\u2011on consulting approach.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Client Delivery & Engagement<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Place the customer at the centre of all decision\u2011making and delivery activities.
\n\tApply pragmatic, hands\u2011on problem\u2011solving to support client teams and achieve sustainable delivery outcomes.
\n\tEngage closely with business and delivery stakeholders to foster collaboration, alignment, and shared accountability.
\n\tOperate effectively within complex organisational and governance environments, balancing compliance with innovation.<\/p>\n
Agile Enablement & Team Support<\/p>\n
\tApply Agile values and principles to guide ways of working and improve team delivery performance.
\n\tCreate a safe, supportive environment in which delivery teams can grow, collaborate, and perform at their best.
\n\tEncourage effective communication practices, including strong interpersonal engagement and face\u2011to\u2011face collaboration where appropriate.
\n\tDemonstrate resilience and adaptability within challenging or ambiguous client environments.<\/p>\n
Coaching & Continuous Improvement<\/p>\n
\tCoach individuals and teams to improve Agile maturity, autonomy, and delivery capability.
\n\tPromote servant leadership behaviours that enable team ownership and continuous learning.
\n\tSupport organisational change initiatives by modelling Agile thinking and mindset shifts.
\n\tEncourage continuous improvement through inspection, adaptation, and evidence\u2011based decision\u2011making.<\/p>\n
Agile Practice & Thought Leadership<\/p>\n
\tContribute to collaboration and knowledge\u2011sharing within the iqbusiness Agility team.
\n\tStay informed of trends and practices relevant to modern delivery environments, including DevOps, SAFe, and emerging technologies such as AI.
\n\tApply experience gained from working within Agile teams to support evolving client needs and delivery contexts.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Essential<\/p>\n
\tMatric qualification.
\n\tRelevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor\u2019s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent certification from an accredited institution).<\/p>\n
One or more recognised Agile certifications, such as:<\/p>\n
\tCertified Scrum Professional (CSP)
\n\tCertified Scrum Master (CSM)
\n\tProfessional Scrum Master (PSM I or PSM II)
\n\tPMI\u2011Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI\u2011ACP)
\n\tMinimum of 3 years\u2019 experience working within an Agile team, either as a Scrum Master or development team member.
\n\tSolid understanding of Agile frameworks and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Software Development.<\/p>\n
Advantageous<\/p>\n
\tAdditional relevant Agile, coaching, or scaling certifications.
\n\tExperience consulting within client environments or working across multiple teams or initiatives.<\/p>\n
