efficiently;<br \/>\n\tBuild the company&#8217;s professional network through networking, relationships with HR\u00a0professionals, and various suppliers;<br \/>\n\tRecommend ways to improve the employer brand;<br \/>\n\tConduct the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions;<br \/>\n\tConduct interviews with job applicants and create a shortlist of suitable candidates;<br \/>\n\tDevelop interview questions aligned to the specific requirements of each role;<br \/>\n\tKeep track and regularly report on the recruiting metrics;<br \/>\n\tInvestigate, consider, and implement new sourcing methods;<br \/>\n\tResearch and select the most effective job advertising channels to support recruitment needs;<br \/>\n\tEnsure accurate and up to date information is submitted to Payroll in a timely manner;<br \/>\n\tEnsure that all recruitment material (interview notes and related paperwork) is filed and\u00a0stored appropriately;<br \/>\n\tUse data analytics to stay on top of current vacancies and potential openings in order to\u00a0minimize the costs of an unfilled position;<br \/>\n\tReport to management and provide decision support through talent acquisition and HR\u00a0metrics;<br \/>\n\tMaintain up-to-date records of all employees recruited by the business to track the success\u00a0rate of recruitment advertisements or monitoring staffing levels across different departments;<br \/>\n\tOversee the management, coordination, and allocation of Roaming Administrators to\u00a0departments requiring short-term operational support, ensuring optimal utilisation, clear\u00a0accountability, and alignment with business priorities;<br \/>\n\tDrive the effective management and adherence of the requisition workflow process;<br \/>\n\tEnsure the Application Tracking System is accurately maintained and effectively utilised by the\u00a0Talent Acquisition team;<br \/>\n\tManage various job portals;<br \/>\n\tAccountable for budgeting related to the Talent Acquisition function, including cost control\u00a0and forecasting;<br \/>\n\tReview and approve invoices for submission to Finance for payment processing;<br \/>\n\tOversee the Talent Acquisition team and report on the team&#8217;s performance;<br \/>\n\tProvide overall guidance to the team;<br \/>\n\tSet team goals in order to meet the overall business needs;<br \/>\n\tMotivate, organise and encourage teamwork within the team to ensure productivity;<br \/>\n\tStay up to date on labour legislation and actively drive awareness within the team to ensure\u00a0alignment with the latest regulatory changes;<br \/>\n\tConduct benchmarking and reviews ensuring the implementation of best practice on talent\u00a0acquisition and related processes;\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tResearch and benchmark market related salaries for vacancies across the business;<br \/>\n\tLiaise with management to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs;<br \/>\n\tAdvise hiring managers on interviewing techniques;<br \/>\n\tStay up to date with labour legislation and drive awareness among line managers regarding regulatory changes;<br \/>\n\tManage service-level agreements with the supplier;<br \/>\n\tWork closely with the hiring managers, recruitment team, payroll and overall HR team to\u00a0manage sourcing, interviewing, and any related employment processes;\u00a0<br \/>\n\tLiaise with hiring managers and recruiters to discuss the progress of current recruitment\u00a0activities;<br \/>\n\tKeep up to date with staffing needs in line with organisational goals and\/or business plans;<br \/>\n\tAct as the custodian for the Recruitment Policy and related practices;<br \/>\n\tDrive recruitment processes, practices, and techniques;<br \/>\n\tEvaluate current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified for\u00a0increased efficiency and effectiveness;<br \/>\n\tEnsure that all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and regulations,\u00a0maintaining proper documentation and records (interview notes and related paperwork).<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>\tGrade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);<br \/>\n\tRelevant Degree in Human Resources or related field (Essential);<br \/>\n\t10 years\u2019 relevant experience in a mid-sized organisation, of which, at least 3 years must have been in a Managerial role (Essential);\u00a0<br \/>\n\tProven experience working as a Recruitment\/Talent Acquisition Manager (Essential);<br \/>\n\tExperience working on various Career portals such as Pnet, LinkedIn etc (Essential);<br \/>\n\tExperience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (Essential);\u00a0<br \/>\n\tExperience working with Human Resource Information systems such as Sage and SageX3 (Advantageous);\u00a0<br \/>\n\tKnowledge and understanding of Human Resources;\u00a0<br \/>\n\tManagement practices and procedures and relevant legislation (BCEA, EEA, SDA, Codes of Good Practices);<br \/>\n\tSound knowledge of Labor legislation and HR practices;<br \/>\n\tProficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as recruitment software;<br \/>\n\tExcel is
