Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Financial Processing<\/p>\n
\tProcess premium transactions accurately on Acumatica in line with bordereaux submissions
\n\tProcess claims transactions on Acumatica, ensuring accuracy and correct allocations
\n\tPerform cashbook processing on Acumatica, including daily and monthly entries
\n\tLoad and release bank payments in accordance with approval frameworks
\n\tClaims & Systems Administration
\n\tRelease claims on Softsure in line with approved claims and underwriting instructions
\n\tEnsure consistency between Acumatica and Softsure records
\n\tReconciliations & Controls
\n\tPerform debtor and supplier reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies
\n\tConduct special investigations or reconciliations as required by management or auditors
\n\tMaintain accurate supporting documentation for all reconciliations<\/p>\n
Reporting<\/p>\n
\tPrepare financial and bordereaux reports as required by management, insurers, or auditors
\n\tAssist with month-end reporting and audit preparation where required<\/p>\n
General & Ad Hoc Duties<\/p>\n
\tAssist with ad hoc bookkeeping and finance-related tasks as required
\n\tSupport the finance team in maintaining strong financial controls and process efficiency<\/p>\n

Essential Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tNational Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or related field OR relevant bookkeeping qualification (e.g. ICB, SAIPA-recognised qualification)<\/p>\n
Essential Experience<\/p>\n
\t3\u20135 years\u2019 bookkeeping experience, preferably within:<\/p>\n
