Job Description<\/p>\n
\tAn intermediate level management position in which the incumbent has the responsibility for directly managing the on-shore quality assurance review staff as well as monitoring the off-shore quality review staff.
\n\tThis includes monitoring reviewer quality and production for all audit products. Ultimate responsibility is to ensure consistent quality of audit products along with proper production of the review staff. This will be done consistent with company policies, procedures, and standards.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Quality Assurance & Monitoring<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and implement quality frameworks for transactional processes.
\n\tConduct regular audits, reviews, and sampling of transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
\n\tMonitor performance metrics (accuracy, timeliness, compliance) and identify improvement areas<\/p>\n
Process Improvement<\/p>\n
\tAnalyze root causes of errors and design corrective\/preventive actions.
\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
\n\tDrive automation and digital tools adoption to enhance transactional quality.<\/p>\n
Training & Development<\/p>\n
\tDesign and deliver training programs to improve employee awareness of quality standards \u2013 Need Basis\u00a0
\n\tCoach and mentor team members on best practices for transactional accuracy and compliance.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Management<\/p>\n
\tPartner with business leaders to align quality goals with organizational objectives.
\n\tPrepare and present quality reports, dashboards, and insights to senior management.
\n\tAct as a liaison between operations teams and compliance\/regulatory bodies.<\/p>\n
Risk & Compliance<\/p>\n
\tEnsure adherence to internal policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards.
\n\tIdentify potential risks in transactional processes and implement mitigation strategies.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree\/University in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field (Master\u2019s preferred)\u00a0
\n\tMust have 3-4 years of experience in\u00a0quality management, with at least 3 years in a\u00a0transactional or back office environment within a BPO.\u00a0
\n\tMust have led process improvement \/ transformation program with significant savings (with at least 34 projects led individually)
\n\tMust have mentored at least 5 \u2013 7 GB \/ BB projects\u00a0
\n\tLean Six Sigma Black Belt \u2013 trained \/ certified (preferred)
\n\tInsurance domain knowledge preferred
\n\tExposure to multiple client environments
\n\tExperience of packaging and showcasing capabilities and solutions, especially to senior business leaders\u00a0
\n\tEvidence of problem solving analytical mindset and comfort with business ambiguity
\n\tExcellent oral communication and presentation skills
\n\tSuperior written communication skills<\/p>\n
