\tWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and administration of learning initiatives within our organisation. This role plays a key part in ensuring training programmes, learning systems, and development activities run efficiently and align with organisational capability needs and strategic objectives.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\nLearning Programme Coordination<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate the scheduling and delivery of internal and external training programmes
\n\tManage training calendars and communicate upcoming learning activities
\n\tArrange venues, materials, facilitators, and participant registrations
\n\tSupport onboarding and induction training programmes<\/p>\n
Learning Administration<\/p>\n
\tMaintain accurate training records and employee learning histories
\n\tCapture and update data on the Learning Management System (LMS)
\n\tPrepare attendance registers, evaluations, and training documentation
\n\tTrack completion of mandatory training programmes<\/p>\n
Learning & Development Support<\/p>\n
\tAssist in identifying learning needs aligned to organisational priorities
\n\tSupport the development and updating of training materials and guides
\n\tProvide support during training sessions when required<\/p>\n
Reporting & Analytics<\/p>\n
\tCompile training reports for HR and management
\n\tTrack participation, completion rates, and learning outcomes
\n\tAssist with Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) submissions<\/p>\n
Compliance & Quality Assurance<\/p>\n
\tEnsure training records meet internal and regulatory requirements
\n\tSupport the implementation of learning policies and procedures
\n\tAssist with training-related audits<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Coordination<\/p>\n
\tLiaise with managers, employees, and external training providers
\n\tProvide guidance on learning opportunities
\n\tCoordinate communication related to learning initiatives<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements
\nQualifications<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Degree (NQF Level 6) in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Education, or a related field<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t2\u20133 years\u2019 experience in a Learning & Development or HR coordination role
\n\tExperience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) is advantageous<\/p>\n
