\n\tContinuously refine positioning to ensure relevance, differentiation, and growth
\n\tAlign brand strategy with business objectives and sales targets<\/p>\n
Lead Generation & Sales Enablement<\/p>\n
\tDrive quality lead generation strategies across digital and traditional channels
\n\tWork closely with internal teams to improve conversion and sales outcomes
\n\tIdentify gaps in the customer journey and implement improvements<\/p>\n
Marketing & Campaign Execution<\/p>\n
\tPlan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
\n\tOversee content, digital platforms, and campaign performance
\n\tEnsure consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints<\/p>\n
PR & Market Positioning<\/p>\n
\tBe actively involved in PR strategy and execution
\n\tBuild and strengthen brand presence in the market
\n\tIdentify opportunities for partnerships, exposure, and brand growth<\/p>\n
Insights & Performance<\/p>\n
\tAnalyse market trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activity
\n\tTrack campaign performance and optimise based on ROI and KPIs
\n\tContinuously test and refine strategies to improve results<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tDegree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tProven experience in brand management and marketing strategy
\n\tKnowledge of the property industry or retirement sector would be advantageous\u00a0
\n\tStrong focus on lead generation and strong outcomes
\n\tHands-on experience with digital marketing, campaigns, and analytics
\n\tExperience operating within the luxury market or high-end brands<\/p>\n
