About the role<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Facilities Administrator who will be accountable for co-ordinating and controlling all technical and facilities management activities on behalf of our client.\u00a0<\/p>\n
What you will bring
\nInherent requirements for the position (non-negotiable)<\/p>\n
\tA minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in invoicing and end-user support
\n\tMinimum qualification Grade 12.
\n\tMust have good knowledge in Facilities Management field
\n\tAdditional demonstrable requirements:
\n\tQuality\/standards awareness and implementation
\n\tSLA contract management,
\n\tCo-ordination Skills,
\n\tBusiness Writing Skills,
\n\tFinancial \/ Numeracy Skills,
\n\tComputer Literacy – MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook),
\n\tDriver\u2019s license,
\n\tPeople management \/leadership skills.
\n\tTechnical knowledge,
\n\tKnowledge of Company policies and procedures,
\n\tAdministration principles and reporting,
\n\tWorking knowledge of relevant statutory requirements,
\n\tKnowledge of cost budgeting and control.<\/p>\n
What you will be doing<\/p>\n
\tBeing the primary contact \/ liaison for the supplier\u2019s administrative personnel
\n\tTelephonically and E-mail Manage and resolve client \/ supplier complaints \/ queries and request
\n\tEnsuring that the Suppliers invoices are
\n\tUploaded in the correct format
\n\tCompleted according to the set guidelines communicated to the Suppliers
\n\tData verified and checked \u2013 and moved to the correct next level
\n\tAll approved invoices processed and send to the client.
\n\tStatistics is maintained of all transactions for the day
\n\tRecords are being kept (saved) on the central Knowledge drive
\n\tMaintain good long-term customer and client manager relationships.<\/p>\n
