The IT &amp; OA Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities, positioning the organisation\u2019s full solutions portfolio in line with customer business requirements, and consistently achieving defined sales and activity targets within First Technology \u2013 MPS.<br \/>\n\tThis role requires a highly driven, solutions-oriented sales professional with a strong understanding of the OA and IT market, and enterprise solution selling.<\/p>\n<p>Role Profile \/ Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>New Business Development &amp; Sales Performance<\/p>\n<p>\tProactively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the OA and IT Enterprise market.<br \/>\n\tBuild and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.<br \/>\n\tMeet and exceed defined activity targets, including calls, appointments, proposals, and presentations.<br \/>\n\tManage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to deal closure, contract signature, and payout.<br \/>\n\tAccurately forecast sales and report on pipeline, opportunities, and performance metrics.<\/p>\n<p>Client Engagement &amp; Solution Selling<\/p>\n<p>\tEngage with customers to understand their business, operational challenges, and technology requirements.<br \/>\n\tPosition and sell appropriate Office Automation and IT solutions based on a consultative, solution-selling approach.<br \/>\n\tPrepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations.<br \/>\n\tBuild long-term, trusted advisor relationships with customers and key decision-makers.<\/p>\n<p>Commercial &amp; Deal Management<\/p>\n<p>\tStructure commercially viable deals aligned to customer needs and company profitability objectives.<br \/>\n\tApply a strong understanding of asset financing models when structuring solutions and proposals.<br \/>\n\tNegotiate pricing, terms, and commercial conditions within approved frameworks.<br \/>\n\tEnsure all deals are accurately documented and processed in line with internal governance and finance requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Market &amp; Product Knowledge<\/p>\n<p>\tMaintain a strong understanding of the OA and IT Enterprise Solutions market, including competitor offerings and market trends.<br \/>\n\tContinuously develop knowledge of the organisation\u2019s products, such as Dell, Lenovo, HP etc, solutions, and value propositions.<br \/>\n\tProvide market and customer feedback to management to support product and go-to-market strategy.<\/p>\n<p>Administration, Governance &amp; Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure accurate and timely CRM updates, pipeline management, and sales reporting.<br \/>\n\tMaintain professional standards of documentation, proposals, and customer communication.<br \/>\n\tAdhere to company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n<p>\tMinimum of 3 years\u2019 proven sales experience within the Office Automation and\/or IT Solutions industry<br \/>\n\tDemonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets<br \/>\n\tStrong understanding of OA and IT Enterprise market dynamics<br \/>\n\tProven experience managing deals from inception to payout<br \/>\n\tFamiliarity with asset financing models<br \/>\n\tValid driver\u2019s license and own reliable transport<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( http:\/\/www.firsttech.co.za ) or<\/p>\n<p>firsttech.simplify.hr<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/firsttech.simplify.hr","_company_name":"First Technology","_company_website":"http:\/\/www.firsttech.co.za","_company_tagline":"First Technology, established in 1983, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the First Technology Group (FTG), with branches in every major business area in South Africa.
