DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tOverseeing overall operation of the restaurant\/ take-away
\n\tEnsuring quality standards of food and PEDROS Standard Operating Procedures are maintained
\n\tOverseeing and managing stock control, purchasing and orders
\n\tDealing with customer complaints and maintaining customer service levels of the restaurant\/ take-away
\n\tMaximising profitability and meeting sales and GP% targets, including motivating staff to do so
\n\tManaging staff including discipline and work rosters.
\n\tWork within a team and drive the restaurant\/take-away forward
\n\tEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulations
\n\tEnsure daily opening and closing procedures are conducted at the store
\n\tMarketing activities \u2013 to ensure that promotion and incentive programmes are introduced at the store
\n\tCustomer service relations management \u2013 handling of customer service complaints and ensuring complaints are handled within the required time frame
\n\tPeople management \u2013 ensure training programmes are in place for staff development and to maintain and carry out regular structured staff meetings at the store
\n\tRecruitment and selection \u2013 leading, training and monitoring the performance of the team in the store to increase productivity and profitability
\n\tPerformance evaluation of staff<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tRestaurant and Fast-Food Service experience. Minimum 3 years related experience required
\n\tMicros experience and knowledge – Advantageous
\n\tManagement skills
\n\tOrganizational skills
\n\tCustomer service and good verbal communication skills
\n\tProblem-solving skills<\/p>\n
