About the Role:<\/p>\n
\tAs an Internal Audit Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on internal audit programs, conducting risk assessments, evaluating controls, and delivering practical solutions that drive business improvement. You will lead audit engagements, build strong client relationships, and mentor junior team members\u2014all while staying at the forefront of industry best practices.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Do:<\/p>\n
\tLead end-to-end internal audit engagements from planning to completion
\n\tConduct comprehensive risk assessments and evaluate internal controls
\n\tDevelop and implement tailored internal audit programs
\n\tIdentify improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
\n\tCommunicate findings and guide clients on remediation efforts
\n\tMentor and coach junior colleagues to foster team growth
\n\tStay current with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
\n\tCertified Internal Auditor (CIA) or CPA preferred
\n\tMinimum 3 years of experience in internal auditing or related fields
\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office and auditing software
\n\tWillingness to travel to client sites as required<\/p>\n
