\tWe are currently seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to join our team at Ford Caledon. As the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our busy workshop and parts department. Furthermore you will be responsible for ensuring that the workshop is operating efficiently and effectively, and that our customers receive the highest level of service.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAt least 3 years experience in a similar role within the automotive industry (Ford experience advantageous)
\n\tStrong leadership and people management skills
\n\tGood communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
\n\tGood organisational and time management skills
\n\tKnowledge of health and safety regulations
\n\tKnowledge of automotive systems and technology
\n\tA commitment to delivering excellent customer service
\n\tAbility to work well under pressure
\n\tValid drivers licence
\n\tClear criminal record<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tManaging and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the workshop & parts department
\n\tLeading and managing a team of technicians\u00a0
\n\tEnsuring the quality of work produced in the workshop meets the company’s standards
\n\tEnsuring that all work carried out in the workshop is done safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations
\n\tManaging and controlling workshop costs to ensure profitability
\n\tLiaising with the parts department to ensure timely delivery of parts
\n\tMaintaining accurate records of work carried out in the workshop
\n\tEnsuring that customer satisfaction is maintained at all times
\n\tManaging customer complaints and resolving issues to the customer’s satisfaction
\n\tConducting regular team meetings to review performance and implement improvements
\n\tIdentifying training needs and providing training to team members as required<\/p>\n
