\n\tThe position involves the selling of all products to the Consumer, Dealer and Retail sector of the markets.
\n\tInteracts regularly with Regional Manager, administrative and credit control staff, depot manager \/ staff and installations co-ordinators.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Main Activities\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tObtain market & competitor information and provide to Management.
\n\tManage the performance of the customers and identify deviations between planned and actual results, take corrective action when necessary.\u00a0
\n\tAcquire potential B2B customers at profitable levels.
\n\tPrepare and give input in the Business development meetings
\n\tMaintain an up-to-date register of all company assets & client database.
\n\tBuild strong and effective customer relationships through positive interaction
\n\tTake responsibility for timely management of DSO in accordance with company goals.
\n\tRegularly gather competitive market intelligence to determine evolving trends that impact the business and make appropriate decisions timely.\u00a0
\n\tEnhance customer service and expectations by adding value through prompt attention and professionalism.
\n\tProvide clear, concise and correct reporting on all aspects of your work and business.\u00a0
\n\tEffective management of objectives.
\n\tPrepare relevant feasibility studies for existing and new projects.
\n\tEffective management of customer pricing notifications, changes as per MRGP on a monthly basis.
\n\tUpdate pricing tool with accurate and up to date information which gives an overview of market trends.
\n\tEnsure that policies and procedures as well as company rules guiding the operation of LPG are in place and followed.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure adequate controls are in place to protect the company and the customers from financial\/reputation loss.\u00a0
\n\tDevelop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to address critical business needs (Operations, Distributors , Group LPG Business Line ).
\n\tEffectively manage customers contracts\u00a0
\n\tEffective use of the Salsa as CRM tool<\/p>\n
Candidate Profile
\nQualification:<\/p>\n
\tDegree in Sales \/ business, or related field\u00a0
\n\tMinimum 3 years marketing and sales management experience in the oil industry or a comparable industry,\u00a0
\n\tLPG industry is essential\u00a0<\/p>\n
Competencies:<\/p>\n
\tResults-oriented with strong analytical skills\u00a0
\n\tGood sales management, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
\n\tGood understanding of Contract Management\u00a0
\n\tGood understanding of financial disciplines \/ Exposure to analysing and interpreting financial statements \/ results either in studies or work experience
\n\tAn understanding of the LPG Market as well as focussed attention on Customer Service & mutually beneficially business relations.
\n\tStrong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
\n\tFinancial skills in order to control credit<\/p>\n
