Interact with experienced account managers and resilient leaders who are dedicated to supporting your growth journey.<br \/>\n\tJoin our team, where you&#8217;ll be embraced by a diverse community that honors your individual contributions and propels you toward realizing your full potential.<\/p>\n<p>What You&#8217;ll Do:<\/p>\n<p>\tManage, renew, and grow a portfolio of accounts after their handover from the Client Acquisition team.<br \/>\n\tDrive sustainable long-term revenue growth, leveraging support from our Customer Success, Renewals, and Business Development teams.<br \/>\n\tTake ownership of the sales cycle within your accounts including upselling, cross-selling, and contract negotiations.<br \/>\n\tDevelop strategic account plans tailored to individual customer goals, with a clear focus on retention and expansion.<br \/>\n\tConduct targeted outreach initiatives and capitalize on the momentum generated by our proactive Marketing and Business Development teams.<br \/>\n\tMeet or exceed quarterly sales quotas by identifying and prioritizing high-potential opportunities within your book of business.<br \/>\n\tDeliver compelling product demonstrations and persuasive sales presentations that communicate clear, tailored value.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate closely with the Customer Success team to drive product adoption, satisfaction, and usage.<br \/>\n\tPartner with Renewals Representatives to ensure strong account retention and navigate pricing discussions effectively.<br \/>\n\tMonitor usage patterns to anticipate renewal risks and expansion opportunities.<br \/>\n\tImplement structured sales processes to counter competitive threats and increase customer lifetime value.<\/p>\n<p>What You\u2019ll Bring:<\/p>\n<p>\tA Bachelor&#8217;s degree or higher is preferred.<br \/>\n\tA minimum of 4 years\u2019 experience in account management, with at least 2\u20133 years in business-to-business sales ideally in the software or SaaS space.<br \/>\n\tA proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving customer growth.<br \/>\n\tStrong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex value propositions and contract terms.<br \/>\n\tA strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective account growth plans.<br \/>\n\tDemonstrated ownership of accounts, with a proactive approach to lead generation and revenue expansion.<br \/>\n\tExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts, renewal cycles, and sales activities simultaneously.<br \/>\n\tStrong collaboration skills to partner effectively with Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales teams.<br \/>\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.<br \/>\n\tWillingness to work in a hybrid setup: 3 days in the office per week.<br \/>\n\tLegal right to work in the country of hire.<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( http:\/\/meltwater.com ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Meltwater","_company_website":"http:\/\/meltwater.com","_company_tagline":"Meltwater helps companies make better, more informed decisions based on insights from the outside.
