MEDICAL AID<\/p>\n
\tProcess and administer employee medical aid contributions and deductions accurately.
\n\tLiaise with medical aid providers regarding member updates, claims queries, and billing discrepancies.
\n\tMaintain up-to-date records of employee medical aid memberships and dependents.
\n\tAssist employees with medical aid-related queries and documentation.
\n\tEnsure compliance with company policies and medical aid scheme requirements.<\/p>\n
PAYROLL<\/p>\n
\tPrepare payroll reports for management and finance teams.
\n\tSupport audits and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
\n\tReconcile funeral covers ensuring accuracy between payroll deductions and provider statements.
\n\tManage and process ad hoc payroll duties as required by the Payroll or HR department.
\n\tAssist with time and attendance systems, including Kronos Workforce Central, ensuring accurate capturing of hours, leave, and overtime.
\n\tSupport month-end payroll processes and reporting.<\/p>\n

\n\tPayroll Certificate (advantageous).
\n\tSage VIP People 300 knowledge and experience
\n\tGood communications skills.
