JOP PURPOSE:<\/p>\n
\tAn operational role in Group Digital Technology (GDT) responsible for the management of the Integrated Business Planning system\u2019s support. Apart from incident and team management, this includes the implementation of enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with the solution architecture team that enables the development of system solutions to drive Supply Chain efficiency and value creation. The role is further responsible to work close to the users to translate the business requirements into the correct technical systems solution aligned with template management methodologies. The incumbent needs to understand the business challenges and be responsible for implementing and managing changes aligned with governance and proper backlog management.<\/p>\n
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for the implementation of enhancements and continuous improvement activities for the Group Supply Chain Systems with direction from Group Digital Technology solution architect and the Supply Chain Group function.\u00a0
\n\tParticipate in design sessions with business to identify and address business challenges using current systems and put recommendations forward to resolve.\u00a0
\n\tDocument and manage changes to documentation detailing IT related standard operating procedures and processes\u00a0
\n\tEnsure, where applicable, functionality is built taking into account reusability and moving away from point solutions paradigm of thinking (template management)\u00a0
\n\tHands-on incident resolution and configuration of enhancements
\n\tAll incidents and requests are followed up and resolved in the agreed SLA for team members and self.\u00a0
\n\tSLA reporting to stakeholders.\u00a0
\n\tInternal and external customers are updated as to the progress of their incidents and requests, enhancements or projects in process\u00a0
\n\tBacklog management of enhancements are managed proactively with business.\u00a0
\n\tA professional attitude is displayed when responding to customers\u2019 needs.\u00a0
\n\tHave a desire to help and serve the business stakeholders to meet their needs. This is about listening to the customers, working with them, understanding their requirements and concerns and focusing on the reasons why they require a particular service.\u00a0
\n\tProvides advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve technical problems.\u00a0
\n\tManage CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventative Action)\u00a0
\n\tPipeline Management \u2013 work demand management & follow the demand process where requirements entail to a project\u00a0
\n\tManage the full software development design lifecycle of changes and smaller projects\u00a0
\n\tWork with service providers to deliver on more complex requirements.\u00a0
\n\tManage technical solution sprint backlog including effort estimation, prioritization workflow and deployment of solution enhancement\u00a0<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tB Degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or related experience\u00a0
\n\tTraining and\/or certification in BPM, SDLC, ITIL, DevOps, Agile\u00a0
\n\tKinaxis Certifications Advantageous – RR Author\/ RR Administrator \/Talend\u00a0
\n\t6-10 years+ working experience in Supply Chain systems implementation and support\u00a0
\n\t6+ years\u2019 experience managing customer relationships in an operational and global services and automation in a large complex\/matrix global organisation\u00a0
\n\tPharmaceutical or manufacturing industry experience preferred\u00a0
\n\tExtensive experience in configuration and technical design experience in Kinaxis\u00a0
\n\tHands-on Integration experience between Kinaxis and SAP preferred
\n\tAdvanced Knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain Business processes\u00a0
\n\tDeep knowledge and extensive experience in administration, authoring, and integration of APS solutions\u00a0
\n\tExtensive experience in Kinaxis, SAP IBP, PP\/PPDS and\/or other planning systems\u00a0
\n\tWork in high pressure environment and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with remediation plans, priorities and timelines\u00a0
\n\tEffectively and efficiently be able to prioritise and execute tasks and enforce discipline in support practise to ensure SLA adherence and positive customer experience\u00a0
