\nContract & 3PL Management<\/p>\n
\tOversee end\u2011to\u2011end execution of all logistics contracts, ensuring full compliance with contractual terms, performance metrics, and commercial obligations.
\n\tManage relationships with 3PL partners, ensuring service quality, cost control, and alignment with customer SLAs.
\n\tDrive profitability of contracted operations through accurate billing, cost governance, and contractual adherence.
\n\tSupport contract amendments, renewals, and expansion opportunities (e.g., Nelspruit \/ Altron and national 3PL sites)<\/p>\n
Operational Leadership<\/p>\n
\tProvide national support to warehouse teams, ensuring consistent standards and operational discipline across all sites.
\n\tLead WMS implementation, optimization, and ongoing project management, ensuring high system adoption and data accuracy.
\n\tDrive best\u2011practice SOP implementation and continuous improvement across all warehouses and 3PL operations.
\n\tOversee inventory accuracy, stock controls, and end\u2011to\u2011end process flow optimization.<\/p>\n
SLA, KPI & Quality Governance<\/p>\n
\tOwn SLA and KPI delivery, ensuring consistent service performance across all customer contracts and 3PL environments.
\n\tMonitor operational outputs, report on site performance, and initiate improvement actions where required.
\n\tEnsure all quality compliance requirements (client-specific and internal) are met through regular audits and process checks.<\/p>\n
Job Requirements – Experience and Education<\/p>\n
\t8\u201310 years\u2019 experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or 3PL environment at management level.
\n\tProven experience managing customer contracts and presenting business solutions to senior stakeholders.
\n\tDegree or studies in Logistics \/ Supply Chain (preferred).
\n\tValid Code 08 driver\u2019s license, own reliable transport, and willingness to travel nationally.
