Qualification Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMatric with numeric ability and PC literacy
\n\t3 Years experience in a similar role in an FMCG environment<\/p>\n
Experience Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDriver signatures obtained as per SOP
\n\tAll returned product balanced and accounted for as per SOP
\n\tCrates accepted by returns bay balance to credit notes
\n\tCrates credit notes reconcile to physical stock in return bay
\n\tCredit slips accurately reflect crates returned
\n\tPhysical stock equals system reports at all times
\n\tCrate control\/ pallet stock levels are maintained
\n\tMovement on all products are monitored
\n\tLoss control\/ waste management
\n\tPhysical returns match system figures
\n\tWaste levels are reduced as per target
\n\tDaily stock take accurately balances back to SSRS reports
\n\tProducts received from various locations are reconciled to physical stock in returns bay \u2013 variances are resolved
\n\tIdentified fraud or discrepancies are escalated as per SOP
\n\tCrate stocks are reconciled daily \u2013 variances are resolved
\n\tPhysical stock reconciled with theoretical stock within agreed targets \u2013 variances are resolved
\n\tCompleteness and accuracy of information<\/p>\n
