\tThe Santam Direct Call Centre is currently recruiting Sales Adviser – Smart SME \u00a0with both Commercial and Personal Lines experience.
\n\tThe successful candidates offer world class products and services to clients by identifying client needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions to meet the specific customer requirements, whilst achieving sales targets in a call centre environment.
\n\tThe successful candidates will will be based in Cape Town\u00a0<\/p>\n
What will make you successful in this role?<\/p>\n
\tConsistently achieving sales target and contributing to the overall success of our Direct Sales team.
\n\tAdherence to Quality Assurance processes (Compliance with all relevant internal and external rules e.g. TCF,
\n\tCPA and internal Sales processes).
\n\tOffering outstanding customer experience.\u00a0
\n\tStrict adherence to workforce scheduling.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 2 years of experience in short-term insurance
\n\tA valid regulatory exam certificate and short-term FAIS credits \u00a0
\n\tExperience in personal and\/or commercial products \u00a0
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\tStrong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
\n\tA proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tThere will be a probationary period of three (3) months, which consists of the following two phases:
\n\tThere will be a six (6) week training period after which your knowledge will be assessed; and
\n\tOn the job evaluation phase during with progress will be measured against your ongoing ability to meet s set target.<\/p>\n
