Purpose of the role:<\/p>\n
\tTo maintain acceptable efficiency standards of Sales, offer outstanding customer service to all, and receive orders from customers and representatives.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tMaintain existing customer base and increase customer base monthly.
\n\tAchieve monthly Sales and Listings targets.
\n\tGrow customer base by identifying new customers as well as new areas to penetrate.
\n\tGather information on market segments, competitor activities, market pricing levels, competitor pricing and strategies.
\n\tEnsure an informed customer base.
\n\tKeep abreast of product knowledge and maintain professionalism.
\n\tEnsure actual sale is done.
\n\tMeet the agreed targets. Make regular customer calls, dealing with queries timeously and effectively.
\n\tDevelop customers in accordance with company strategy to ensure customer loyalty and to maintain market share.<\/p>\n
Other:<\/p>\n
\tPerform any other related duties in the interest of CEMZA as instructed.
\n\tWork according to Integrated (Environmental and Quality) Management System requirements.
\n\tWork according to Instructions \/ Procedures as pertaining to his\/her operation function as assigned and abide by all legal (laws\/by-laws) requirements \/ Company Policies and Practices.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 2 years in a sales environment
\n\tCustomer service oriented
\n\tExcellent communication skills.
\n\tComputer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
\n\tSAP (Advantage)
\n\tCommunicate Effectively
\n\tDrive Innovation
\n\tWorking in a team<\/p>\n
