Bloemfontein \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Safetycloud Part Time EMS Trainer, Rustenberg \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Safetycloud Part Time EMS Trainer, Secunda \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Safetycloud Auditor, Durban"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Talent Development (Primary Focus)<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport the development and implementation of a group-wide Talent Development strategy aligned to business priorities<br \/>\n\tIdentify organisational and role-specific skills gaps through data analysis, engagement with leaders, and talent reviews<br \/>\n\tDesign, coordinate and implement practical learning interventions (e.g. supervisor and management development programmes)<br \/>\n\tSupport the rollout and continuous improvement of leadership development initiatives across the organisation<br \/>\n\tAssist in building and embedding structured learning pathways for critical and key roles<br \/>\n\tCoordinate, monitor and evaluate training initiatives to ensure measurable impact, quality, and relevance<\/p>\n<p>Performance and Talent Management<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport and drive consistency in the performance management process across the business<br \/>\n\tAssist in facilitating talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning processes<br \/>\n\tProvide input into identifying and developing and retention of high-potential employees<br \/>\n\tSupport managers in setting development-focused performance objectives and development plans<\/p>\n<p>HR Business Partnering<\/p>\n<p>\tPartner with line managers to provide proactive HR support and advice aligned to business needs<br \/>\n\tCoach managers on people leadership, performance management, employee engagement and team effectiveness<br \/>\n\tSupport employee relations processes including discipline, incapacity and grievance matter where required<br \/>\n\tDrive and support HR initiatives and change interventions aligned with organisational priorities<\/p>\n<p>Learning Operations and Compliance<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport the implementation and ongoing management of the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR)<br \/>\n\tTake accountability for coordination, preparation and submission of WSP and ATR documentation in line with SETA timelines and requirements<br \/>\n\tLiaise with external training providers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of learning initiatives<br \/>\n\tEnsure accurate tracking, recording and reporting of training and development activities<br \/>\n\tSupport BEE Skills Development requirements in collaboration with the BEE function<\/p>\n<p>Employment Equity<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport the development and implementation of the Employment Equity (EE) plan<br \/>\n\tCoordinate EE reporting and statutory submissions in line with legislative requirements<br \/>\n\tMonitor progress against EE targets and provide insights and recommendations to management<br \/>\n\tPartner with business leaders to support transformation, inclusion and diversity objectives<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>\tDegree or Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Learning and Development or related field<\/p>\n<p>Experience<\/p>\n<p>\t5\u20138 years\u2019 HR experience, with exposure to Learning and Development or Talent Management or organisational development<br \/>\n\tHands on experience with SETA processes, including WSP and ATR submission<br \/>\n\tExperience supporting Employment Equity and BBBEE Skills Development initiatives<br \/>\n\tExperience in an HR Business Partner or generalist HR role<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"SafetySA","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"We are a market leading provider of Testing, Inspection, Certification (TIC) and Training solutions to Africa and the Middle East, focused on food safety and workplace safety.
