PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:<\/p>\n
\tThe Branch Manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the Branch. \u00a0Incumbent develops strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, create store policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base.
\n\tYou will also ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient. In addition ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tProven work experience as a Branch Manager
\n\tElectrical\/ Electronics will be advantageous
\n\tExperience managing a high-performance sales team
\n\tAn ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
\n\tSolid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
\n\t(Strong written communication and team management skills) Sound communication skills (written & verbal), coupled with the effective ability to interact with people at all levels
\n\tManages, motivates and improves the team in order to achieve the company goals
\n\tAnalytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
\n\tAvailability to travel as and when required
\n\tDemonstrable capacity to keep abreast of new technology trends
\n\tDemonstrate problem-solving skills and negotiation skills
\n\tSolid understanding of budgeting and reporting
\n\tProvide market intelligence to the sales team
\n\tPerformance, growth and development of the Independent sales force
\n\tDelivering strategies to optimize sales force performance

\n\tEvaluating performance and productivity and identifying remedial action when required
\n\tInventory and Warehousing Management: Responsible for stock control, warehouse organization, and inventory optimization to reduce losses, improve efficiency, and maintain accurate reporting.
\n\tProven track record in driving operational and commercial turnaround, improving sales, controlling stock, managing warehouse operations, and strengthening team accountability.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n
\tA post graduate Degree or its equivalent in Electrical or Electronics, Sales, Marketing, or closely related discipline from a recognized Tertiary Institution
\n\tEssential: 7 \u2013 10 years\u2019 experience in Sales within a manufacturing environment \u2013 Electrical will be advantageous.
\n\tAt least 5 years\u2019 experience in a Senior Sales managerial capacity.
\n\tComputer literate (Microsoft office, AccPacc, Syspro<\/p>\n
