Description<\/p>\n
You will be responsible for (but not limited to):<\/p>\n
\tChecking guests in and out of the hotel
\n\tMaintaining guest accounts and processing guest transactions during their stay
\n\tDealing with any and all special needs or requests from guests during their stay
\n\tAssisting with reservations for guests as and when required<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\tHospitality Qualification or Similar
\n\t1 \u2013 2 Years Receptionist experience
\n\tStrong Computer Literacy skills in terms of MS Office and a reputable PMS (Protel)
\n\tHands-on Problem-Solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure and take control of incidents and investigations
\n\tAbility to work as part of a team, as well as independently
\n\tHonest and trustworthy beyond approach
\n\tGreat attention to detail
\n\tPresentable and well spoken
\n\tTeam Player who leads by example
\n\tAbility to work shifts
\n\tAbility to remain highly confidential and be able to treat sensitive information with the highest level of diplomacy<\/p>\n
